When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel, and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford to appear on the show, Segel said that Goldstein initially wanted “Harrison Ford’s guy” and auditioned people who looked like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should at least bring it to Ford, thinking he would immediately reject it, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford brought the project, sparking interest from other big-name actors.

First of all, I was already going to see it when I saw that it stars Harrison Ford and Jason Segal, but after reading all the positive reviews and watching the trailer, my excitement grew even more. I’m not saying it’s the best show of the year, but it’s an original, good comedy that will make you laugh every episode.
