In the timeless town of Macondo, seven generations of the Buendía family navigate love, oblivion, and the inevitability of their past and destiny. This is Netflix’s most expensive Latin American project to date with Colombian groups and indigenous peoples. communities build the props and sets for the series.. I had read this novel in 2018. After finishing it, I looked for any movies or series based on this novel and I didn’t find anything that surprised me. Marquez created an entire world with magnificent craftsmanship, great characters, and events that will be remembered forever. As for the series, what a series! Often when a movie or series is adapted from a novel, the novel is much better, with the exception of a few works. And this series certainly managed to adapt the novel correctly and bring this great world to the small screen. For those who hesitate to watch this series, believe me, nothing is more important than watching the series to pass the time. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
